AE PowerUp — Choose Smart Energy

Growth & Partnerships

Building the connections for what comes next

Our next steps connect the work inside a vehicle with the equipment, software and support around it. We are developing commercial vehicles and charging services on the same foundation: practical power-system integration and a continuing relationship with the people who use the equipment.

Development direction

From individual installations to connected operations

ChargedBox and customer vehicle work give practical context to our wider development. Complete electric commercial vehicles, a company charging fleet and relocatable site units bring different operating needs to that shared engineering base.

Commercial vehicles and equipment

We are designing a fully equipped, fully electric ice-cream truck around Chevrolet P400/P600 vehicles. Alongside this development, we integrate ChargedBox and working equipment into customer vehicles across different makes and models, adapting each installation to its operating needs.

Charging that travels to the customer

Our planned MobileFastCharge fleet would bring charging equipment to the customer's location. P400 and other suitable vehicle platforms remain development options. The fleet would also replenish SiteCharge Point units on site.

A charging location that can move

SiteCharge Point is a relocatable trailer-based solution intended for suitable locations such as private parking facilities. Its energy options are replenishment by the AE PowerUp fleet and connection to suitable existing on-site AC supply. Those options support the site-based model; the unit can be relocated when needed.

Working together

Where a useful collaboration begins

The most useful conversations start with a practical contribution: equipment that fits an integration need, experience with a vehicle application, or a suitable setting for a developing service.

Equipment and supply
Discuss components, equipment availability and technical information that help us match a power system to its intended use.

Discuss supply or technical collaboration

Vehicle and system integration
Bring a defined application, installation experience or complementary engineering capability to a vehicle or equipment project.

Discuss supply or technical collaboration

Suitable site relationships
Explore the operating context for site-positioned charging: the location, how it would be used and the conditions a practical installation would need to address.

Discuss a SiteCharge Point location

Future operating relationships
Discuss experience in service delivery, local operations and customer support as we develop plans for the fleet and future franchise operations.

Looking ahead

Growth needs more than additional equipment

ChargedMe

We plan to support future franchise operations through shared integration capability, training and operator support. Developing those relationships is part of building a service that can be maintained and supported as it grows.

ChargedMe remains the separate operational platform for customer requests, equipment access and service workflows. It connects the people using and supporting the equipment; the corporate website introduces the work and opens the conversation.

How your information is handled

Drafts in your browser. Drafts are saved in this tab when browser storage is available. Expired saved drafts are removed when next read; an already open form is not erased by a timer. Clear draft removes the selected draft, and a confirmed acceptance clears its matching saved draft. Separate status references and request fingerprints, without message bodies, can remain for 24 hours after their latest update.

Processing and recovery. Encrypted processing copies expire 90 days after submission if unresolved, or earlier at seven days after the website’s delivery processing completes. Reference and delivery metadata remain for 30 days after content expiry. Cleanup runs periodically and can be delayed by outages. Cloudflare recovery history can retain older copies beyond these application expiry periods.

Email and PDF records. We send requests and an internal PDF record through Resend to our Fastmail mailbox. Correspondence and PDF copies are retained separately; the website does not delete them when its processing copy expires. Email-service and backup retention also apply. For new requests, the processing copy and internal PDF also record your required Terms of Use agreement and Privacy Notice acknowledgment, the server receipt time, and the exact versions and text shown.

Security checks. Cloudflare hosts the processing service and provides Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. These services process technical information, including IP address and browser signals. This is separate from optional website measurement.

Cloudflare Turnstile privacy information

Terms of Use

This corporate website introduces AE PowerUp Inc., our work and our development plans, and helps you start a relevant business conversation.

Information and inquiries

Descriptions of work in development are not announcements of current service availability. Sending an inquiry or asking for a callback does not place an order, reserve charging, arrange dispatch or create a service agreement. Scope, suitability, availability and any commercial terms are discussed separately.

Using the contact options

Provide contact details you are authorized to use and information relevant to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or confidential material belonging to someone else. The forms do not accept attachments.

A callback request asks our team to contact the supplied number about the selected subject. It does not trigger an automated call or text and is not a channel for emergency assistance or live charging dispatch.

Keep the website usable

Do not use the forms to send spam, impersonate someone, submit harmful content or interfere with the website. We use validation and abuse controls to protect the service and may hold unusual traffic for review.

Separate services

ChargedMe is a separate operational platform. Its accounts, payments, reservations and equipment functions are not performed by this corporate website. External app-store and map services have their own terms and privacy information.

Your information

The Privacy Notice explains how inquiries, callback details, correspondence and technical information are handled. Reading that notice is different from agreeing to contractual terms. A business inquiry is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.

Privacy Notice

Privacy Notice

AE PowerUp Inc. uses this website to respond to business needs and maintain relevant working records. The information you choose to provide helps our team understand your request and use the appropriate reply channel.

What you provide

An inquiry includes your name, reply email, description and the relevant fields for your selected topic. A callback request includes a calling code, phone number and topic; full name is optional. Inactive topic fields are excluded from the submitted inquiry. We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or attachments at this stage.

Business correspondence and history

We use submitted needs, related correspondence, staff-written conversation notes and offers as working records. Our team may refer to this history to understand a follow-up, distinguish a new request, prepare a relevant reply or tailored offer, and identify unwanted messages. Follow-up stays connected to the subject and communication channel of your request; this is not permission for unrelated marketing.

This website does not record audio, expose previous submissions to visitors, automatically merge customer identities or retrieve historical information to prefill a form. Keeping business records does not mean these automated recognition features exist.

How requests reach our team

Cloudflare hosts the website and its processing service. Submitted inquiries and internal PDF records are sent through Resend to the appropriate AE PowerUp address in Fastmail. An inquiry acknowledgment is a separate automated email; it contains a reference and controlled topic information, not the full submitted message or PDF. Callback requests go to our team without a customer email acknowledgment, automatic phone call or text.

Cloudflare Turnstile privacy information

Optional website measurement

We use optional first-party measurements to understand which pages and inquiry options are useful, including visits without a campaign label.

A random identifier lasts up to 30 minutes in this browser tab. Event duplicate checks last up to 24 hours; activity can renew session-related checks. Daily summaries use a 90-day reporting window, with the boundary day retained for less than one extra day. Records used to count accepted requests expire 90 days after the request. These records do not contain your name, email, phone number or message. Cleanup runs periodically and may be delayed by outages.

We honor GPC and Do Not Track signals for this optional measurement. Turning it off clears only the measurement session, not your inquiry draft. The choice lasts for this tab when browser storage is available. Earlier measurements expire normally; they are not erased retrospectively. Accepted inquiries and delivery counts remain separate.

Cloudflare also provides separate performance measurement (RUM). The website's first-party measurement control and our GPC/Do Not Track handling do not turn off that Cloudflare service.

Maps and external services

The Contact map connects to Google only when you choose to load it. Google may receive technical information, including your IP address and browser details. Opening a store or another external link takes you to that service. ChargedMe handles its own platform activities separately from this corporate website.
